I want to name my baby (if a girl) Alexis; however I have a cousin whom I am close to who's name is Alexandria, are these names too similar?

If not then which of the following is best?

Alexis Michelle

Alexis Nicole

Alexis Sydelle

Alexis Grace

our last name is KIMOKEO (kim-o-kay-o)

Not unless your cousin's nickname is Alex, and your child's nickname will be Alex. Otherwise, name your child whatever you want. I like Alexis Nicole.
