Are these okay prices for the below-listed services on a 1985 Mercedes 380SL, or should I look further?

Right & left Tie Rods, and front and rear shocks: $900

Power Steering Gear Box and Hose Line: $700

Front and Rear Brakes: $284

Yeah, those are about right, even at a Benz dealer.

Might be a hair pricey, but overall it's probably about right.  I would get a 2nd estimate from another mechanic though.

Heck, if you lived close I would do it for half the cost.  ;)

edit> I'm in Colorado ... I used to work on the family's vehicles for free when we lived closer to them.  I'm kind of glad we moved away from them.  LOL
