When I'm in an uncomfortable situation, my heart starts racing, and I get really hot all over. I hear buzzing and i can't see right, everything looks scattered and I can't think clearly. Sometimes I feel like I will throw up.

  1. Yes, you are having anxiety attacks or panic attacks or whatever you want to call it, they are the same thing.   You need to try some relaxation exercises. Try breathing in a paper bag, slow deep breaths.  Talk to your Dr. about it, they have medications like anti-anxiety meds that you can take daily to help prevent attacks and meds like Ativan and Xanax that are fast-acting, that will help if an attack has already started.  You could also consider therapy, or talking to someone about the situations that cause this.

  2. Yes, you've described an anxiety attack.

You'll want to pay attention to when and where they happen and learn a relaxation response that works for you in those situations.  Sometimes doing something simple like slow, deep breathing will help.

  3. yep, definately. don't worry though, the bach rescue remedy put directly on the tongue makes me feel soooo much better within 1 minute. you even get it as a spray for the tongue.
