MEANWHILE,Back home,they have Government Departments whose sole job is to CUT DOWN trees in the name of Political Correctness!

Planting trees does far more good than cutting them down. Trees absorb co2 and produce oxygen. Millions more trees need planting to replace the damage already done.

What a gang of numptys. Pity they didn't plant the trees here and that would have saved on aircraft fuel.

Yes they are crazy, when as you say all they do is cut them down here. This is PC gone mad... but why does that surprise anyone. ? A lot of us tried in vain to save a copse of trees, but the builder won, as the Council said we were short of housing. He built three bungalows.... that hardly helped that shortage of that commodity. Always an excuse in this Country, as any thing that is good for the environment, they squash it, choose how hard some of us try. We are heading for a concrete jungle, due to all the housing we need now with the influx of thousands of Immigrants.The future looks grim. !!
