Are these plants, weeds or flowers?

the first three pics is one greenery, the next two pics are another and the next 3 are another so there are 3 of them total.

The first one looks Like a raspberry/blackberry -

the second one looks like a lettuce and the 3rd one is definitely a root runner weed.

It you take a small piece off each and take it to your local nurseryman (provided he is a horticulturist) he will be able to readily identify the plants.

so yes, they are plants.

but weeds and flowers are also plants...but this isn't a weed or a flower, i think.

I can only make out two distinct plants Catnip(a mint) & Purslane (the fleshy one).  Both are weeds unless you want to keep some of the former for a favorite kitty friend.

The first one looks like it may be of the mint family. Some of the mints do flower on the top. There are many kinds of mints. Cat nip, cat mint, grapefruit mint, apple mint, chocolate mint, pepper mint, spearmint, etc...  You need to rub your fingers across the plant and take a good smell. If there is no hint of mint, it is more than likely a weed.  One looks like you may have dropped some lettuce seed?

1. Looks like a plant that is supposed to be in a garden.

2. Is too blurry to tell what it is, so it looks like lettuce

3. Is Purslane and looks interesting and won't hurt anything
