I'm a rising freshman, and I recently took a practice SAT. I got these scores:

550 in Critical Reading

640 in Writing

610 in Math

for a total of 1800...What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance!!

  1. Oh kiddo, you're still a freshman, no worries. Keep taking challenging classes in English and mathematics, they will improve your scores with time.

When the time comes make sure you study!

As for the score as it is right now, 1800/2400, its kinda weak, it won't get you into a fantastic college, if that's what you're aiming for. But don't freak out, because you're just a freshman, by the time the SAT rolls around, you'll be scoring way higher :)

Good luck to you! Remember to study!

  2. 550 + 610 = 1160 this is the verbal and math scores

This really isn't that great, it is average.

I have honors kids take the SAT's in 7th grade and this is what they score.

  3. It will get you accepted into a college. Don't worry about them.

Good luck with your college education.
