Are these pregnancy symptoms?

Question

I know every woman is different and so is every pregnancy but I'm 13dpo and my symtoms are as follows:

Too tired to make it through the day without a nap

When i get to bed at night i fall straight to sleep with exhaustion

Severe headaches and vertigo (dizzy)

From my four pregnancies those weren't signs for me with any of them. Are these possible signs for early pregnancy?

Those were signs that I had with both of my pregnancies. So it's a definite possibility!
