There is a poem by mother goose that talks about what each would be like dependent on what day a child what day of the week they were born on. You find what day of the week you were born on in the same site. My seems true for I was born on a Saturday.

MONDAY'S CHILD IS FAIR OF FACE

by Mother Goose

Monday's child is fair of face,

Tuesday's child is full of grace,

Wednesday's child is full of woe,

Thursday's child has far to go.

Friday's child is loving and giving,

Saturday's child works hard for a living,

But the child born on the Sabbath Day,

Is fair and wise and good and g*y.

  1. I was born on a Saturday too, and I don't really work hard for a living. Hopefully I won't have to work too hard. =]

  2. I was born on a Wednesday lol I think its the worst one!! I am a bit moody though, so I guess it is true!!

  3. I find it interesting that they are all positive things...I guess they are true (it is too much for it not to be a coincidence

  4. i'm a sunday kid and that part of the rhyme pretty much sums me up.

  5. I would say No, because Mother Goose is kinda like nursery rhymes, and also I was adopted so I dont know what day I was born on. C=

  6. I am a Friday's child and consider myself loving and giving.  My daughter was born on a Wednesday, but I do not consider her full of woe (as in being a depressed person).  She has, however, had a lot of ups and downs in her life, so perhaps the rhyme is truer that it appears at first.
