I'm already getting these shoes for playing tennis, but would they do a good job for jogging/running? Or do I need to get a separate pair for running in?

  1. I am a tennis player and a runner. Generally you can use any tennis shoes to run as long as you don't feel any pain after your runs. But not vice versa. Running shoes can tremendously  increase your risk for injury on the tennis court due to their lack of lateral support. However using tennis shoes for running will wear out your shoes a lot faster. So the choice is yours.

  2. Yeah they are great for running in hey btw thanks for that picture vcause I like them too I usually run in New Nalance shoes!

  3. Tennis shoes should only be for tennis, if you run on a regular basis, your best to go to a specialty running store and get properly fitted according to your gait/form/foot type/over or under pronation, etc.  Runners for running have special design for smooth toe off (curved upwards on the front part of the sole), stability, and surface, where court shoes are flatter on the bottom of the soles - designed for quick stops and heavier in weight.  If you were to run in court shoes, you would promote injuries such as shin splints/stress fractures, knee and hip/back.

    Always wear sports specific shoes...

    Run happy and train smart:)

  4. Adadis shoes are a great all around running shoe, you run around on the court and its no different than jogging or running and it will save your parents some money.

  5. i am a runner i do all types of running sprinting jogging and long distance it is really impotent to get the right shoes for jogging you can have trainers sprints spics 800 to cross country a thin material and light trust me
