Question:

Are these shrooms safe to eat?

So my friend found a bag with about 9.5 grams of good quality mushrooms leftover from when he dealed them back in october. Would they still be safe to eat? I'm just not sure if the mushrooms are able to breakdown into something possibly poisonous? I know they are good quality mushrooms and are not random poisonous ones to begin with. Also, will the active chemicals, (off the top of my head... psylocin?) be degraded, making them bunk by now? Theyve been in a ziploc behind his desk since october. Thanks

  1. I would bring them to your next doctor's appointment.  He/She might be able to give you some insight.  Or, is there a nearby botanical gardens?  Don't ask the cops.

  2. Err, mushrooms aren't plants...

Note to Yahoo!: Can we please have a separate section for questions about Salvia, Cannabis, Psilocybe, etc. already?

  3. friend of mine had some in his house for 3 years and his other friend ate them, it was totally safe
