lily's is totally not a scam my friends sister used to be a model for babys through the age of 1-5 she was in magazines and stuff and i saw it so lilys is not a scam

 Iris Talent is a scam. I worked a commercial for the owner, La Monica Campbell. She wrote me a check that didn't have sufficient funds in it. Then,  later to cancelled the check to intentionally. It took over 110 days to get paid. I was in the verge of reporting her to the police because writing a bad "hot" check is a crime and fraud.

iris talent agency i heard also owns newface.com which is a scam the others i heard a lot of compilates for but i dont know and shockling iris dosent have many reviews maybe like 5 and 1 out of the 5 is a compilates

Those in particular are not.
One great and little known technique is to check the Screen Actor's Guild (SAG) website for a list of local agents that are associated with them.

i know for sure lily's talent agency is not a scam, the others i'm mot so sure. If they ask u to pay any money to them. Agents dont get money unless they got u work.

Aria is definitely legit and is affiliated with Ford Models.
Lily's and Stewart have been around a long time and are also definitely legit.

I'm not familiar with Iris (but have been away from Chicago a while).  However, JUST BECAUS AN AGENCY IS AFTRA/SAG FRANCHISED DOES NOT MEAN IT'S LEGIT.  I could name some in Chicago and dozens in L.A. that are "real" agencies yet make most of their money by collecting up front fees and doing little for their clients.  They tend to take anyone who walks in the door.
