Are these track times acievible for every event?

my coach has me running the open 200M, 400M, 400M realy and 800M realy

best 400 (this season) 55

best 200 24

best 800 2:12

if i go all out on any one of the four events i am too tired to achieve maximum proformance in the other three

were in a high school small schools division and there isnt much rest in between, my body takes mad long to recover too

is this too much?

or am i just bitchin too much

any advice on how to get less tired also?

  1. looks like you are fast in all events- I would run the 200 and 400 but quit complaining!

  3. you should carbo load the day b4 and drink lots of water or maybe propell or something the day of the meet. also maybe only do 3 events per meet cuz that seems like a lot.

  4. That is def a lot of races to be doing in 1 meet. I would say stick to 2 or 3 events tops. It sounds like your coach is over working you.

    I am just taking a guess that you have a smaller sized team and becasue you are a good runner your coach may be over racing you to score points.

    Sooner or later you will get injured by over racing. Then you are no good for your team or your self.
