my coach has me running the open 200M, 400M, 400M realy and 800M realybest 400 (this season) 55best 200 24best 800 2:12if i go all out on any one of the four events i am too tired to achieve maximum proformance in the other threewere in a high school small schools division and there isnt much rest in between, my body takes mad long to recover toois this too much?or am i just bitchin too muchany advice on how to get less tired also?
