  1. I'm sorry you can't get a job like that.  That's what Animal Testing is, and it should be against the law.  They take dogs and cats, and hamsters to a quarantine lab and give them the meds, results are taken after a day or so, and then the dogs are tested again.

    How sad...

  2. There are medications that are tested in many parts of the United States...this is formally called clinical trials. While I wouldn't recommend being a "guinea" pig, there are many trials that are designed to determine how good a medication works, what the potential side effects are and proper dosing.

There are also jobs that seek to treat medical problems with other options. There is money for participation in these "trials" too.

This is not a way to make a significant source of income however. You potentially could make several thousand though if you are in certain high demand treatment options.

Google: clinical research trials, or clinical trials in your area.....therea are many clinical research companies out there and they are looking for people like you.

How do you get a job like this: qualify. They have certain criteria and all you have to do is fit in and agree to do what they need to do to monitor you. Example: man, age 18-50, current smoker or even past history of asthma...whatever..

There are jobs. Check out current clinical trials...and plan on putting some time into researching different companies. You will find one right for you but remember you will only make so much money. You might be better off doing something else....like: secret shopper or the like.

Good luck on that. It is high demand for participants in parts of the United States like: Philly or Raleigh-Durham...but look and you will find.
