I am a vegan but i'm not the best at ingredients that are very complecated (I know I should be a wizz). I am leaving to go visit my dad in Zwitzerland tomarrow and am bringing daily vitamins because his arn't vegan.

The brand I bought is "Solgar"

On the jar thing it says suitable for vegetarians, but I want to know if it is also good for vegans.

Could someone tell me if these ingredients are suitable for vegans?

-microcrystlline cellulose

-titanium dioxide

-silica

-selenium

-manganese

-chromium

-molybdenum

-inositol

-choline

-betaine HCI

-rutin

-Hesperidin

-boron

  1. I doubt it because Solgar has other vegan vitamins.

But I would not spaz over it.  Just use them up.

  2. If they are vegetarian, about the only thing that would make them unsuitable for vegans would be if there were milk components or vitamin D3, which is animal-derived although I believe from lanolin/wool.  If you don't see milk or whey, they should probably be just fine because being suitable for vegetarians already means they are free from slaughter byproducts.
