Are these worth anything? (old postage stamps)

i think theyre poland stamps, the dates on them are 1944-1954

I used to collect stamps and the only advice I can give is to take them to a reputable stamp dealer and have them appraised, I used to use the Stanley Gibbons catalogue, years ago, but I don't think an updated version of the book exists today.
