Yes, since they are shiney they are rare, though some of them have been reprinted as commons (Dark Ruler Ha Des, Suijin, Sanga of Thunder, Toon World, etc.). A couple of others are now hard to find (Dark Magician Girl, Thousand-Eyes Restrict, DMOC, etc.). If some of those are first editions they might be worth something, I know that the Dark Magician of Chaos alone is probably worth more than the rest of them put together, but the price might drop since it is being banned Monday.

first 3 are VERY RARE and worth a lot

Dark MAg of CHoas if its from IOC is worth like $80 + but will go down coz its banned

dark paliden is a very saught after card worth about $100 the Ha des is worth a bit $25 or so
