Are they a wanted criminal?

Where do I go on the internet to see if someone I know has any warrants, or is wanted by the police? I think I have important info on someone, but all the sites I've been to so far have wanted money first.

Just call you local PD...explain why you think this person is wanted, give their name, DOB an physical description.
