Are they building an Ikea in Ajax, Ontario?

There is a large building currently framed on the north side of Bayley, across from Carruther's Creek church. It can be seen from the 401 on the south side. I've been told that this is going to be an Ikea. Can anyone confirm this?

Their website mentions no store openings in Ajax, but you could email them.  That'd be great though, I used to live in Ajax.
