Are they changing the rules for rugby union restricting a player to kick out-on-the full inside their own 22?

I may have misheard but just wondering if international rugby union board is changing the rules when it comes to kicking out from inside your own 22? cheers !

  1. As far as I am aware that has always been the rule, you can only kick the ball out on the full if you kick it from inside your own 22.
