  1. This applies to Army recruiting

It depends on the exact wording of the charge, and where it took place.

Disorderly conduct is a Minor Misdemeanor.

Fighting is also a Minor Misdemeanor.

If it happened on school grounds, it may be more serious.

As long as you have your diploma, are not on probation, and are otherwise qualified, you should be all right to join.

  2. depends on the level you are charged. If you get NJP, Summary Court Martial...that's nothing..

But a Special or General Court martial conviction can be translated to felony in the real world.

Depends on circumstances surrounding the case, really

  3. yes assuming there are no circumstances attached

how many times have you been charged?

  4. Are you talking about offenses being committed before your entry?  You need to clarify.

If it was offenses you were convicted of outside the military, look at what the state statue says.

The Military doesn't actually divide up offenses into Misdemeanors or Felony.  The general consensus across the country, is if the maximum punishment for a crime is a year or more, it is a felony.
