  1. Call me a pessimist or something but the G8 is also a bunch with no spine. They talk about lots of things however, implementing adopted resolutions seems never to happen. They only care for themselves and their countries. Time will tell and any pressures will be welcomed but I really doubt if any form of sanction will change the mind of Mugabe.

  2. I am sorry to say this, but things will NEVER change unless Mugabe dies

  3. I agree with Bull  -  they've had more than enough reason to act against  him, how much more proof do they need that he is bad news, and will that help at all

  4. G8 has no spinal cord. I do not think so. Anyway Bush included, what do you think. Gordon brown is the last person the Zimbabweans are going to listen too. Money will not talk this time.

Personally, I think Zimbabweans must do something against the on going 'crisis'.

  5. Emjay has the only solution.

  6. Waste of time. The only thing that will help is intervention (direct), Mugabe to be arrested and taken to The Hague to be tried for crimes against humanity.

  7. Mugabe has the backing of Russia, China and the African Union, what does he care about the impotent bleats from a few western lightweights.

  8. Of course something is being done. Now I have been re-elected, I can carry on with my program to destroy capitalism and bring about the world's first true Marxist state.

Just because a few foolish white men on the other side of the globe do not like me, should I stop? I fought the Rhodesians. I am not a fool or a coward. What can these whiteys do that Smithy's people could not?

  9. All politicians are crooks. its a club of thieves. Hot air and more hot air. In fact they have welcomed the results because the UK has started sending Zimbabwean refugees back home. Enjoy.

  10. It'll be like it always is in black Africa. Sanctions have no effect at all, except that they make live even harder for the little people. The West never, never does anything to intervene until long after the blood has started to flow, and even then, when they do, they usually get it all wrong. How did Mugabe get in in the first place? Exactly.  The only thing which would stop this dead would be recolonisation, and that simply is not going to happen.
