Are they going to make another Batman movie?

I hope they do, what other Batman villians have they? Bane, Catwoman, Clayface, Riddler, etc?

Judging by the end of "The Dark Knight", I think it will be something like "Hunt the Dark Knight" (with aplogies to Frank Miller for sampling his title).  Chris Nolan's Batman is much more than just "Villain of the moment" - it takes a serious look at subjects like Justice and Vigilantism, Good vs. Evil, etc.  Having Gordon and the government of Gotham needing to "officially" pursue Batman, and seeing how Bruce Wayne will resolve this would be a good theme for the next movie, IMHO.  Since it was the conflict with the Joker that brought about the conversion of Batman into a villain ("You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain."), perhaps the Joker (escaped from Arkham Asylum, or getting away from his hanging predicament at the end of "The Dark Knight") and Two-Face (we don't know if the fall killed him) would return as the villains in the next movie.

they are making another one. rumor is that Johnny Depp will be playing the riddler in the next one. nothing is official though. I think an awesome villian would be Clayface

They are definitely making another Batman.  We'll need to wait a couple of years to see it, though.

Yes there will be another one.. but Dark Knight is still out in theaters so it'll be a WHILE.

I read on the Yahoo homepage a while back that they might use Johnny Depp as the Riddler.
