Are they good for sparring or backyard boxing?

are these good for backyard boxing?

if not, what would you recommend?

i could only afford $60 or below coz i need to buy 2 of them

there usa approve. uhhh yeah sure there good for backyard boxing, 16 oz would be better for you and your homegirls in my opinion

these are the ones i spar with and have used for backyard boxing. i weigh 168 now and my fighting weight is 155.
