Are they interested or what?

I'm in junior high and I'm g*y or bisexual, who knows. Anyways, one of my friends keeps flirting with me, says things like "I can top for you" but they claim to be straight. I'm unsure if he likes me, or he's just flirting. I happen to have a secret crush on him though. :/

Just flirt back and if he starts toning his "g*y" down then that means he's straight.  To make yourself look straight (if you're in the closet) just say you were kidding.  If he flirts even more, he's g*y/bi.  Simple concept, works every time.

yeah i would be careful persuing that

when i was in high school i was in the closet and this guy I has a crush on would always be like "you wanna come over?" "I like you" "you like hot boys?" and walking by me touching my shoulder

he was straight and pretty much making fun of me...and Im sure if I DID go to his house him and his friends would jump me

so to make a long story short...just be cautious and find out the facts before asking this guy out....

You should respond a little to the flirting, but do it subtly. If he begins to flirt more, keep your flirting subtle still. If he can tell you're interested and he really is interested in you, maybe it'll inspire him to admit his sexuality, or feelings towards you. Just don't get yourself in too deep.
