E! has ordered ten episodes for a third season. Season three is scheduled to premiere in the first quarter of 2009.

Yes, season three is in the works right now. They are filming right now, and Kim will be on Dancing with the Stars also. I doubt the new season will start until after the first of 2009. There are other shows like Pam Anderson, SUnset Tan, and Dr. 90210 that will need to end first.
