The last rumor I heard was yes and Johnny Depp was going to portray the villain "The Riddler".

Personally, I would like to see a different villain. The TV show had so many other villains that haven't been utilized at all: King Tut, Ma Parker, The Mad Hatter, Egghead, Shame, The Bookworm.

Or even better would be a Green Hornet appearance (with Jet Li as Kato).

yeah they most likely will Ive been on ign alot and alot has been going on about the Batman Trilogy the 2 new characters confirmed are johnny depp as the riddler and the penguin, theres a link check it out, though I still think the Joker was absolutely a true masterpiece
