Wouldn't your uncle's cousin also be you cousin? You both would be second cousins, right?

Unless of course your uncle is only your 'Uncle' by marriage.

I'm asking because a person said that he wasn't related to his uncle's cousin so I was confused and asked about it, and he gave a rude answer.... Soooo with that being said if you're going to be rude don't even bother to answer.

if it's your uncle's  cousin then it's also your mom or dad's. In that case it'd be your second cousin.
