Are they ringtones actually free?

Are all the free ringtones on myxertones.com actually free? Or is there a gimic where they actually make you pay?

im not sure if myzertones if free or not but the links i give u they are free. I tested them on my phone and called tmobile up and no charges showed up.

.......... the phone i have is a nokia e70, to get my "ringtones" i down load the things i want from limewire and useing the cord (usb on one end) that came with the phone i connect the phone to the pc and down load to the phone.
