  1. at the end of an interview, they may make a job offer. sometimes, they say they'll let you know which means maybe yes and maybe no

  2. Afterwords. Remember you may not be the only one trying to get that job. And they have to interview everyone then make a decision on who they will offer it to

  3. It really depends on so many factors;

    Does the interviewer have the authority to hire?

    Will additional interviews be required?

    Will there be any testing involved?

    Are they in dire need for an employee?

    It can go either way; it often depends on 1) the personal style of the person in charge of hiring,  2) company policy regarding background/resume checks and 3) how you present yourself during the interview.

    If you are really anxious to know, there is nothing wrong with asking the interviewer for a bit of feedback when the interview is completed.

    Just be confident going into the interview; try to be calm, smile, ask questions about the company, point out your strongest qualities and think positive!

    Best of luck to you!
