  1. You are funny!! Easter Island peoples have interbreed and are mostly modern now... As for the rest of the question... I leave it to you!

  2. Easter Island:

Has "a population of 3,791 (2002 census), 3,304 of which live in the capital of Hanga Roa...  Until the 1960s, the surviving Rapanui descendants were forced to live in a settlement at the outskirts of Hanga Roa because the island was rented to a Scottish sheep company. Since being given Chilean citizenship in 1966, the islanders have re-embraced their ancient culture, or what could be reconstructed of it. A yearly cultural festival, the Tapati, celebrates native pastimes."

    Christmas Island:

As of 2006, the estimated population is 1,493. (The Australian Bureau of Statistics reports a population of 1,508 as of the 2001 Census.) The ethnic composition is 70% Chinese, 20% European and 10% Malay. Religions practised on Christmas Island include Buddhism 68%, Christianity 18%, Islam 10% and others 4%. English is the official language, but Chinese and Malay are also spoken.

So yes for easter, where as Christmas seems to have been affected by a large (per capita) immigration rate due to it being a part of Australia.  This has seen the original "native" population being highly diluted if it even exists?

  3. last poster was quite harsh and not very professional in answering. the people on easter island are natives to that island and a few of them have recalled the rongo rongo script-chant that was used centuries earlier. I do not know much about christmas island.
