Are this careers really in demand?

The careers I have been looking at are: Radiologic technologist, Dental hygienist and nursing. I know nursing is pretty in demand but the other two I am really not so sure about. Are they really in demand or is the market over saturated all ready? I keep reading on line that there is actually too many, is this true?

I'd say they are all in demand, I'd choose on your passion or by pay scale.
