  1. its for some anti-virus thing. ive been reporting them as soon as i see them

  2. click it and see

they post it in every section not just this one

  3. Is this a Neborn/Baby question?

  4. Yes, that's what someone said yesterday.  I can't remember who said it but they said when they clicked on the link it triggered their antivirus protection to pop up.

I've been reporting every answer I see like that.  But I don't think it's doing any good! :)

  5. I clicked on it & wheni saw anti-virus yadayada on the link i canceled the page & came back to y!a..

    Whoknows, but it's very annoying

  6. The links themselves don't contain viruses, but the "antivirus" it tells you to download is.  If you have windows, when you download and install the "antivirus", you're actually installing a virus.  Chances are it won't damage your machine at all.  Most likely it'll use your machine for a bot attack, where you end up spamming out.  This can get you blacklisted from your internet provider, but it won't damage your documents or software or anything.

  7. I have wondered too- I also see this one guy answer everywhere a link with the word blogspot in it. It is weird because there will be words in it that looks like it pertains to the question and it changes for the question he has posted it for but it always has the words blogspot in it. He gets a lot of thumbs down so i am assuming it is a bad link- a kind of spam.

  8. I don't know what the heck it is...it's not an answer and I report it as soon as I see them.  It's one thing to post a link to support an answer that you've given but when that's all you post, c'mon.  There's been another one posted a lot today that links to some pregnancy blog and I do the same thing with that one.  Spammers drive me bonkers!
