Are those supplements enough for me?

I am only eating two meals a day sometimes three. Besides that i take 2400 mg of Omega 3 fish oil capsules, a one day for women and 1000mcg of Biotin. I have oily acne prone skin and very thin hair that falls out a lot when i shower. Are those supplements enough for me or what else could i do to get beautiful skin and good healthy strong hair that does not fall out as much????

  1. There is no substitue for a healty well balanced diet and WATER. Water is the key to skin care. It is also the key to healty weight loss and management (if that's what you are looking to do) a multi vitimin and protien are also very good for you. Plenty of fruits, veggies and water, you can't go wrong. Good Luck sweetie. Best wishes!


  2. Make sure that you are drinking a lot of water and eating a lot of fruit.  

  3. Take prenatal pills.

  4. You could try eating 3 healthy meals a day and dropping the supplements. Exercise regularly, at least 1/2 hour per day.
