I am only eating two meals a day sometimes three. Besides that i take 2400 mg of Omega 3 fish oil capsules, a one day for women and 1000mcg of Biotin. I have oily acne prone skin and very thin hair that falls out a lot when i shower. Are those supplements enough for me or what else could i do to get beautiful skin and good healthy strong hair that does not fall out as much????
