I hear that it can be hard to get exchange weeks at other resorts.

  1. It can get hard but if you own in a high demand area you don´t have so many problems.  However as a general rule of thumb when it comes to timeshare do not buy for the exchanges.  Make sure you love your home resort.  You will always get "bonus"weeks that you can use where ever you want without an exchange.

  2. very much! I have had mine for over 20 years now and have exchanged many times. the only problem you might encounter is when a resort is so popular you can't get into it. I can't get into any in the northern part of Portugal but I've never had a problem with any other area. The best part is it almost guarantees you going away at least one time a year if not more. And having the best hotel accommodations really makes it worthwhile.

  3. I think they are.
