Are tomato's fruits or vegetable?

i whould like to know this answer i'v been wondering for years

because all fruit has seeds.

vegetables are the seeds

such as carrots, radishes, onions..you're eating the seed

so the tomato is a fruit and can be further classified as a berry since it is pulpy and has edible seeds.

it is misunderstood as vegetable bacause it is commonly used it saute but still, it is a fruit

Botanically it's a fruit.

In very technical terms, there's no such thing as a botanical vegetable; vegetable is a culinary term.  And in cooking, a tomato is usually used as a vegetable and occasionally as a fruit (I have a friend who eats roma tomatoes raw).
