Are trips in Internet travel agencies cheaper than in 'regular' travel agencies?

Some of the internet sites are putting a 'package' of hotel and flights together but not a package in the traditional sense.  This means you don't get a transfer from the airport, or a rep at your resort, only flights and accommodation.  This means it can be cheaper, but check out the airlines and the hotels yourself and book them independently.  Most airports have taxi ranks outside so transfers arn't a must and reps are over rated anyway!  Research your destination and ask your hotel reception for information.  Having said that, we have also found the same holidays cheaper on the high street, so shop around.

Not necessary so. I have checked tour packages on the internet travel agencies but found them to be more expensive than the regular local agencies.  

Some of them do not include air tickets, or meals and portage fees/ tips for guides.

The best advice is to check on both and opt for the best choice available.
