  1. you are born with whatever voice you get you can train you voice to do many different kinds of things....but somthing you have to watch out 4 if ur a boy ur voice chages during puberty.


  2. Actually both. Everyone is born with some sort of voice, even if you can't sing that well there are always ways to improve your voice. Singing classes can't make you a great singer, but you can improve your voice to actually make it sound better. But most great singers are naturally born with their voices.
