God's will, the influence that your parents and family had on you and the influence that people that you chose to have around you had on you. All in that order. As to the first question that you asked my answer is, "Not like I still plan to be."  That attitude is what keeps me alive and well at sixty-seven.

I think its the combination of all of those things. God is of course the reason for all good things in one's life, but people alter what he wants for them all the time, hence the circumstances, family/friend, ect. It's all of these things combined.

I am a successful wife and mother and yes all of the above get credit for it, most of all my dad (bless his heart) he stuck with me through some very difficult times, without him and God on my side I wouldn't be a successful wife and mother, I actually wouldn't be here today.

Personally, I should get the credit - It you who chooses when do to things and how to do it.

Then again most people would say family because their family pushes them to get success.

I am happy, which I suppose could be called successful.  But no one should get credit ... for an ongoing process.  In my life I have depended on parents and grandparents, siblings, friends, circumstances, the kindness of strangers, the environment, my country...so no ONE should get credit...besides what would the credit be used for?
