    Generally speaking, no, mushrooms contain natural poisons which will be lessened or destroyed when cooked.  Look at those cultures that eat a lot of mushrooms, such as in China and Japan,... they always cook them for a reason.  Maybe find out why.  It's the same reason you do not eat raw potatoes.  Natural poisons.
