nope. If you willingly make yourself property and you know the owner is d**k Cheney, then you are essentially signing up to get blown up by a roadside bomb. Free country, you can do that.

This is nothing like WW2, there is no just cause really.

Its heart-breaking when you see a bleeding soldier beg not to die on television. What is shocking is when you see these hick parents say how proud they are their son died defending his country. That is the ultimate in idiocy. And whats worse they say if he had that choice again knowing what he knows he would do it again. BS, if you know you will die in extreme pain fighting so we can make Iraq a compliant trading partner, your life wasted because of horrible decisions made by the leadership, then youd have to be an idiot to want to go through again.

No, most wish they would have never signed up. They realize its not about their country very soon. As they are digging ditches and getting blown up by roadside bombs, they realize they are glorified security guards protecting a resource we should not need anymore. We have the technology to make cars unreliant on oil, but we want to suck those last few drops and make those last few billion dollars.

Yep, to most of us they are, but not to the ******** that sent them there.

Mike A:  Their mission is to what?  Iraq ahd nothing to do with 9/11, posed no threat to the US, and not to forget, we of the US helped Sddam gain control of Iraq, and gave him military support and equipment, plus money in his war with Iran.

  There were no terrorist in Iraq before our illegal invasion, and Saddam killed much less of his own people than we did since starting our war, with them.

  So how are these guys protecting us or our country? from what or who?
