Are virgo's compatible with leo's

Are virgos compatible with leo's. why ----why not?

From my experience and my friends', no. My Virgo was incredibly "nit-picky" and he made me feel icky with his people pleasing. He was pleasant to look at, but not to be around. He loved criticizing people, it was one of his favorite things to talk about other than corvettes/racing and preaching about 'Creationism'. Incredibly analytical and a pinch of OCD, which he didn't refrain from imposing on me and others when he had the chance. I just wont put up with obsessive and controlling behavior. I love close loving relationships but his contradictions and his grip made me want to run away and breathe again. And so I did. They're not all like this, I know plenty of ok Virgo folk, but maybe its a Virgo/Leo thing? I don't know. Also, besides his sun, our planets and moons may not have matched...

What I do like about Virgo men: Their strong views, confident, they know what they want and funny/love to laugh. :)

edit *Also, if you're a Virgo, then you'd probably appreciate a Taurean or Capricorn. I've also known some Virgos who end up marrying their opposites, the Pisces and Aquarius.*

I am a Leo Sun/ Cancer Moon/ Aquarius Rising.

I don't recall anything for him beyond Virgo.

Lol.... I am a Virgo who's partner is a Leo. I think you really need to look at the whole chart. I think overall our signs just fit in together so well. I'm Virgo/ Rising Sign Sagittarius/ Moon in Libra. He's a Leo/Virgo rising/Moon in Sagittarius.... we fit.

No. The signs are right next to each other in astrology. Leo's are selfish, loud and arrogant. Virgoes are laid back, perfectionists, and quiet.
