Are virtues only illusions?

We cannot touch them, we cannot see them and still can they occupy us.

Definitely not! Just because you can't touch something doesn’t mean there is no reality in it. We can’t touch life, but it exists. Virtue is character. Character is seen in many ways. Illusion is opposite to reality.

Virtues are not illusions. They're behaviors, biological evolutions. It changes itself in a selection to help more human beings reproduce.

If you're virtuous, then you would be a suave person, improving the survival of all your friends, so you'd be handing over the characteristics of your virtue to the next generation when you are sexually transmitted as mating.

If you thought about it, you will see that it evolved in a strategy for a share of the kill in a hunt, if you got a smaller share, you're ripped off, so you are told to get the share which is fair and create equality in your party. If not, you would be asked to leave. Or find a new hunting party.

Or killed.

i can't touch or see radio waves but they exist. same with time and motion, and a whole bunmch of things.

virtues are qualities of human beings that make for good soceities and long healthy future of humanity.
