For best price, along with some degree of quality, in 19"-22" LCD, look at Toshiba Regza and Sharp Aquos - perhaps the best bang for your buck. And BTW, ignore any of the idiots who post her about how you must get a 1080p. LOL No one makes a 1080p in a TV smaller than 32", and then it's marketing hype. You can't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p until you get up to about a 50" screen.

Well it got one of the best ratings for a cheap TV.  I have a Samsung LCD 1080p HDTV and its one of the best ones.  You should check it out.  =)
