Are wanted criminials safe in sealand?

No. You would have to get there first, and I am sure the Brits would have no problem in getting you off Sealand if they really wanted you.

Sealand may claim to be independent and sovereign, but if you rob a bank or kill some one Sealand will become British VERY fast. Don't think they will protect you.

The whole Sealand thing is much like the Hutt River Province is in Australia...a non-entity. Of course 'wanted criminals' are not going to be safe on a semi-derelict offshore platform. It's perfectly clear that the people who already live there are not safe from each other!

And if it was such a problem...the Brits could land and arrest everyone there and clear the platform with no great effort at all. After all, ALL people on that platform are British or European citizens and subject as citizens to the jurisdictions of those countries. You think they would want to be accessories or tried for harbouring criminals? I don't think so!
