  1. depends where you live

i live in canada and they take everything from papertowels to grocery bags to milk bags to water bottle caps and coffee cups.  you should be able to find a local website for your area and look it up on there.

  2. NO, they are not recyclable.

  3. nope

  4. yes they r recyclable 2 cuz they they r plastic but u hav 2 unscrew the lid and recycle it by its self

  5. I think they are recyclable. I put them in my plastics with everything else. I don't see why they wouldn't be.  You can probably call your "waste management" service and find out.  I did that and found out that they wouldn't take my corrugated cardboard...ARRGHH!  I guess in my area you have to take that stuff to them right now. So I think it would be best to call since different cities do different things...

    Good luck! :0)

  6. Yes.

My husband and I run a volunteer recycling center for our city.  We recycle #1 and #2 plastics.

Our recycling vendor (Midland Recycling) has told us that, as a general rule, "If the bottle is recyclable, so is the lid."

Some recycling centers ask that the lids be removed from bottles because the centers have machines that shred or compress the bottles, and not having the lids on can make this process easier.

We ask our customers to remove the water bottle lids, and we throw the lids into the same bin as the water bottles.

  7. Yes, but understand they are a different plastic than the bottle, this is the only difference. Plastics has a class type number according to the properties used to make them. Just like metals are different types.

  8. Together water bottle and cap can be recycle both are fine.
