Are we actually Independent?

Question

India is 60 years young and rocking. True, I am very happy & proud about it and so should every Indian. But...Are we actually happy.

I have read numerous articles, blogs and news items that talk about how far we’ve come and our victories and achievements…..things that we should be proud of.

But this article is not about how far we have come or what victories we have won, but about how much further we have to go and how many more battles we have yet to fight to make our freedom count.

In last 60 years there have been many changes, but there are areas which are yet to see the light of freedom.

India got independence back in 1947, but it is being under the domination of 'superpowers'.

Just for example, in the recent Indo-US nuclear deal, the US has gone for a long-term benefit , but India just seems to be content with its short-term advantages.

The indian candidate for UN Sec genreal , Mr Rathore , lost to the South Korean . "Moon" .. It simply means , and is in fact true , that South Korea is a strong ally of the US ..

On the positive side , India also has a share of the cake too, The smaller naitons like Nepal and Bhutan , more or less , agree to what India has to say as a SAARC member in front of the international community.

60 year shave passed but India is still 'developing' , while Japan and Germany which got devastated , have gone farther ahead .

But let us hope that the counrry will prosper and meet vision 2020 to be a developed country

Token independence people have but communalism, fascism, gross discrimination on various grounds do exist. Anti-Muslim secret govt circulars for closure of doors for them in various fields are still issued. Intelligence agencies are instructed to weaken them badly in all respects. We got freedom b coz of World War 2 that it weakened British empire resulting their depature from all colonies including India & not b coz of hoodwinkers like Gandhi.

It is surprising to imagine existence of world's biggest terrorist organisation like VHP having over 10,00,00,000 armed members supported by big industrialists like Birla group & others in the country of Gandhi.

Real independence demands peace & prosterity of all irrespective of any discriminatory bias. We know well what the condition of Indian people is  on many fronts like education, health & housing. South Korea was a very poor country in 60s but see its great progress in technology.

In India people fight heavily on regional grounds. See, in Mumbai Gujaratis are far ahead of Marathis & the latter community of much less mental ability, hard working capacity , skill, calibre & capability as compared to the former & north Indianstoo wants reservation of 80%  irrespective of merit. For this very purpose fascist Shiv Sena was formed which openly doed goondaism , death destructin & plundering, the general practce of mostly brainless Marathas for 3 centuries. Marathas always have talent shortage in all respects b coz of their bad & dirty culture. How can one imagine these things in an independent country ?

Indeed we are independant - we swindle our own money, we cheat our people, we sponsor terrorism towards our own people, we kill each other and we create divide among ourselves.

We are idnependant. For all these above measures, we are not dependant on others.
