Beauty is subjective, so an objective answer to your question can't be determined. A big part of what we (society as a whole) think is beautiful changes from era to era so no, humans may not be getting more beautiful (again depending on how you define beauty)

Beautiful people these days don't have more babies than ugly people.  They probably did before contraceptives were invented.
