No we are not all related, if we were, as males we would all have exactly the same Y-DNA root, and as females all the female lines would have an identical Mtdna root, but we don't. However, very many of us do share genetic lineages  from a few thousands to tens of thousands of years ago.

If you believe the Bible literally, we are all children of Noah's family; everyone else got wiped out by the flood.

If you believe in science, we are all descendants of a band that came out of Africa 40,000 - 20,000 years ago. The book "The Seven Daughters of Eve" explains this in fascinating detail.

i think some are from other star systems ie more evolved spritually  and others  are from earth   monkey minded
