  1. Here you have all the cooling myths, from an ice age predicted in the 1970's to warming on other planets neatly tied up with a bow in one post.  How many people are represented?  2?  3?

  2. there is a big difference between global warming and local warming.

global warming is an increase in global temperatures it dose not mean that all points on the globe will warm evenly.

    global temps

    edit

we have also just had one of the hottest years on record just in 05.

  3. We aren't "sure" of either, just a bunch of ex-hippies spreading nonsense.

  4. I am old enough to remember the warning of a trend of Global Cooling in the 1970's and the predictions of disaster with a possible ice age. Today the fashion is Global Warming. What I find interesting is NASA submitted a report to Congress stating their scientific analysis of data from Mars shows Mars is experiencing the same Global Warming as Earth. This report is ignored probably because it does not fit the current agenda. I guess we will have to wait another 30 years to see what cycle we are in now.

  5. Sun is at rest, it is global cooling time. anyone who disagrees, go look up global warming on mars, jupiter, etc.

then tell me it is CO2. Also, we are a mear blink of the eye on this planet, we truly have no idea what the weather patterns are suppose to be.

  6. It is neither. Watch the weather man and see how many temperatures have had a 100 year record broken. If it starts we will be breaking the 100 year record on a regular basis. We are staying in the 100 year average quite well.

  7. It's called global warming because the greenhouse gases are causing a warming effect on our environment and atmosphere and that causes the glaciers to melt and change the current of the ocean which will eventually cause another ice age.

  8. No, nobody is sure.

  9. mmmm............ may be we can tell it in a different way that global warming has brought more warmness to equatorial regions. and as a result we have change in climatic conditions. so that has made all the difference.

  10. hi there from a southern state in australia we had one of coldest months in many years in febuary, and d**n its cold at moment they have to drop the global part soon anyway unless they can still get political mileage out of it by lying for couple more years
