The girl on the left looks like she has too much face make up on so I would tell her to lighten up on the foundation/blush or whatever is on her face.  she almost looks plastic and i think she's a beautiful girl but the make up is covering up that natural beauty.  so she's an 8 right now

You have a great balance of make up and it looks natural minus your eye liner (but what girl doesn't wear that).  also by your facial expression i can tell you're really fun to be around and have a sweet personality so by giving off a nice vibe, it helps brighten up your look and I would give you a 9

i'm going to tell you the truth you need to work out you have really oily skin and you need to change you hair color but you have really cute dipples and your friend just looks plain goofy
